Gary "Mex" Glazner

Gary Mex Glazner is the director of reVERB RECORDS. His poems have been
translated into Chinese, Moldavian, Nepali, and Vietnamese.
In 1997, Poets
and Writers Inc. awarded him a grant to work with Alzheimer patients using
poetry. In 1998, he traveled to 18 countries, meeting with poets, and working
on translations. This journey resulted in a manuscript of travel stories and
poems entitled, "Ramblings." To be published in late 2001 by La Alameda
Press.
Glazner is the Poet-in-Residence at the Inn on the Alameda, in Santa
Fé. As of now 30,575 of his poems have been placed on the guest's pillows. In
the summer of 2000, Glazner organized the 32 city, 37 readings, 100 poet
SlamAmerica tour. He is the editor of "Poetry Slam," an anthology published
on Manic D Press documenting the first ten years of the Poetry Slam movement.
